Meet the Crew

Ned Brandenberger- President, RMP®, CMCA®

Ned has over 31 years of professional property management experience and provides management and consulting services to owners and investors on leasing, development, acquisition and sales. Ned has a Bachelor of Science from Montana State University in Agricultural Economics.  He has achieved the RMP® designation from the National Association of Residential Property Managers, and the CMCA® designation from the Community Association Managers Certification Board.  Ned is a licensed real estate broker with a focus on commercial/investment real estate in Montana and Idaho, in which he represents Landlords and Tenants. He is past president of the Inland Northwest Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers and is very involved in his community.  He serves on the City Workforce Housing Task Force, and the Urban Renewal Board.  Ned’s wife and family have been trying for years to get him to seek help for his addiction to old buildings.

Jennifer Brandenberger- Financial Officer

Jennifer is the Financial Officer of Centana Property Management. She practiced public accounting for 22 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Montana, with an emphasis in Accounting. Jennifer is also an instrument rated commercial pilot (you read that right). Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, flying, and swimming. Pretty much in that order.

Jason - Regional Manager, Licensed Property Manager, NARPM Member

Born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi, Jason has always had a passion for addressing the needs of the people in his community. After earning a degree in Psychology from Mississippi College, Jason spent two decades working in corporate retail as a product manager for national department store chains. In his role as Regional Manager, he oversees all aspects of the Property Management business, bringing his keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. Jason is the President for the Inland Northwest Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers. Outside of work, he enjoys embarking on road trips with his partner and their beloved chihuahua, exploring the beautiful scenery of the Inland Northwest.

Emily - Licensed Property Manager, NARPM Member

As a dedicated property manager, Emily brings a strong eye for detail, a commitment to quality service, and a genuine passion for maintaining and enhancing residential and commercial properties. With a background rooted in operations, tenant relations, and asset management, she takes pride in ensuring that every property under her care runs smoothly and efficiently. Outside of work, she is a passionate geology enthusiast who never misses a chance to explore the natural landscapes that show off Montana’s beauty. From rock formations to fault lines, she enjoys uncovering the hidden structures beneath her feet — a curiosity that mirrors her approach to property management: looking beneath the surface to find lasting solutions.

Whether she’s coordinating maintenance teams or hiking through a canyon studying sediment layers, she’s always driven by curiosity, care, and a love for both people and the planet.

Audrey - Property Manager

Audrey has been proud to serve with Centana Property Management since August 2025. With a strong background in property management, she focuses on lease renewals, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and creating a positive, comfortable living experience for every resident. She truly enjoys working with people and believes that clear communication, kindness, and responsiveness make all the difference. She has a deep appreciation for the Butte community and a special respect for its historic homes. Her ever-growing expertise in maintenance allows her to confidently assess issues, coordinate effective solutions, and ensure properties are cared for properly and efficiently, while keeping residents informed and at ease.

Outside of work, her and her husband enjoy spending time with family, hiking, and exploring everything Butte has to offer.

Lacie - Licensed Property Manager

A dedicated and personable property manager, Lacie is a proud Butte native who combines local insight with a strong knack for leasing to create welcoming, well-run communities. As a leasing agent, she handles everything from tenant relations and showing properties to marketing vacancies and closing leases with ease. 

Deeply familiar with the Butte area and its character, she brings a hometown perspective that helps connect people with spaces that truly fit their needs. Outside of work, she has a unique passion for mushrooms—whether it’s foraging in the woods, learning about different species, or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. This curiosity and appreciation for detail carry over into professional life, where she brings the same level of care and enthusiasm to managing properties and helping people find the perfect place to call home.

Rob - Maintenance Technician

Rob is a dependable and highly skilled member of the Centana team. Known for his quiet professionalism and kind demeanor, he approaches every project with care, precision, and strong attention to detail.  Whether he's building a custom handrail to support a resident after surgery or managing a full-scale renovation, Rob consistently delivers quality work that meets the Centana standard.  A true steady hand, he takes pride in getting the job done right the first time.
