Kaitlin Lagos- Licensed Property Manager, Maintenance Coordinator, NARPM Member, NARPM President 2024

Kaitlin is our youngest team member but has exponentially learned the Property Management Business! She has been in several areas of customer service and is eager to learn all aspects of the Property Investment Industry.  She is a natural problem solver and gallantly ready to take on anything that comes her way with a positive, “can-do” attitude.

Kaitlin has embraced Butte MT and enjoys hunting in our beautiful state!  We look forward to watching her conquer everything that she sets out to do…

Noelle Hottine- Licensed Property Manager, Leasing Specialist, NARPM Member

Noelle is our newest team member.  She is enthusiastic and has been in the leasing business a majority of her life.  She enjoys doing inspections, showings, leasing, and learning new skills.  Meeting new people is a BONUS! While not at work, she is all about camping and just enjoying all that Montana has to offer.

Cora Person- Office Manager, Licensed Property Manager, NARPM Member, NARPM Education Board 2023, Butte Saddle Club Member and Treasurer 2022-2023, Rotary Member

Cora has a degree in Interior Design, a background in Real Estate and banking, with an emphasis in sales. When she grows up, she hopes to be Shania Twain (not everyone supports this decision). Cora also enjoys snowboarding in the winter, paddle boarding, jet skiing, and camping at the lake in the summer. She has a horse named Ace that is spoiled rotten and needs quite a bit of training! Cora enjoys staying busy and on the go with her little family and Volunteer work with The Butte Rotary Club and The Butte Vigilante Rodeo & Saddle Club.  Property Management keeps her on her toes and she loves how many hats she gets to wear while on the job.

Patrick Blanchard- Licensed Property Manager and Janitorial, NARPM Member

Patrick is holding down the fort in our Great Falls location.  He has a background in plumbing and has no problem paying attention to detail, especially when it comes to your property!  He enjoys hiking in the beautiful areas all around Montana and doesn't take the risk of missing good concerts nearby.  Patrick is a food connoisseur and is always more than eager to send you in the right direction when it comes to exploring the best local dining options.

Jennifer Brandenberger- CPA, RMP®, CMCA®

Jennifer is the Financial Officer and CPA of Centana Property Management. She practiced public accounting for 22 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Montana, with an emphasis in Accounting, and is a licensed CPA. Jennifer is also an instrument rated commercial pilot (you read that right). Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, flying, and swimming. Pretty much in that order.

Ned Brandenberger- President, RMP®, CMCA®

Ned has over 29 years of professional property management experience and provides management and consulting services to owners and investors on leasing, development, acquisition and sales. Ned has a Bachelor of Science from Montana State University in Agricultural Economics.  He has achieved the RMP® designation from the National Association of Residential Property Managers, and the CMCA® designation from the Community Association Managers Certification Board.  Ned is a licensed real estate broker with a focus on commercial/investment real estate in Montana and Idaho, in which he represents Landlords and Tenants. He is  past president of the Inland Northwest Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers and is very involved in his community.  He serves on the the City Workforce Housing Task Force, and the Urban Renewal Board.  Ned’s wife and family have been trying for years to get him to seek help for his addiction to old buildings.
